A Foul Wind Blows
A secret buried by the US government over sixty years ago rises to endanger a skeleton crew of oil field roughnecks and wayfarers stranded on a drilling platform a hundred miles from land during a hurricane.
Terrorists know the wellhead caps a deadly radioactive gas, which could spread across the southern states if released during a favorable wind, which is now. Only a handful of unarmed men and women, caught unaware, stand in their way as they struggle not only to stop the evil men but also to survive the storm.
The odds against the crew rise greatly when the wind rises, injuries mount, friends are lost, and the terrorists attack the desolate group in a deadly game of winner takes all.
The number of injured quickly surpasses the well, and the number of dead grows larger as the trapped band fights for survival.
