Behind every glimmering tower, there are dirty hands. The glitz of the modern city of Miami hides a world of disco and backdoor deals. A politician, a lawyer, and a businessman face their past in the sultry streets of the city. A choice made in the freewheeling end days of the 1970s threatens to scuttle a run for the Senate, and along the way, one of the greatest thefts in US history could be answered.
