City of Secrets

Twenty-year-old Tarrant Orme is chased by two cyborg units into Kristel Falls’s main underground sewer system in a desperate attempt to escape. Inside, he accidently falls through a sewer wall into a secret room with an elevator, one that leads down to the ancient underworld of Ramurtha, two miles below his own city. During his yearlong stay, he must survive his transformation into a meta-human and attacks by Kaer Kullah of the sentinels of the Spydora (a human-created spider humanoid race). Tarrant also finds friendship with the spiderlings, Marghellen and Khoreg, and an uneasy alliance with a sadistic artificial intelligent American Nazi eugenicist, Winston Stoddard. Stoddard is connected to the genetic laboratory and helps create a clone of Tarrant in female form. For his clone’s survival, Turrant must complete a mission to obtain Sauroahn DNA while time challenged. Welcome to Ramurtha.
