Fixing the Republication Party

What is a "Republication party"? It is whatever party loses a major election. The losing party scrambles to figure out why they lost and what needs change before the next major election. The changes are then "republished" to show that the party has listened. The key question here is, "To whom are they listening?" In all cases it's the party leadership that is "listened" to. The group that needs to be listened to is the voters. This book is a guide to accomplishing just that. It applies to any party and the first party that does this, wins.
