Hillbilly Combat Judo
This work has been made up from interviews I have had with GIs from WWII and those who studied Judo prior to1945. Their perspective was quite different than the way judo is taught today. This book contains aphorisms--a brief, sententious statement of a truth or principle--given for judgment, common sense or knowledge, or just for a wise saying. It also contains illustrations or print drawings of old-school judo techniques and jujitsu as taught between the 1930s and 1955.
