Same But Different
Same But Different, is a book that shows no matter how different we may appear to one another, we are all the same. We are defined by who we are, not by how we are seen by others. Throckmorton, the elf in this story, is different in appearance from other elves at the North Pole, but he learns that no matter how different we may appear, we are the same inside, despite our culture, circumstances, ethnicity, or outward appearances. We are all one, and this is the moral of this beautifully illustrated and written book.
