Spiked Football

The Nuclear Football is America's strongest deterrent and last line of defense from a large-scale and sudden homeland attack. The president of the United States holds the awesome responsibility and unthinkable power to initiate an Armageddon-style bombing sequence with a simple finger tap.

What if a foreign or domestic adversary could hack the Nuclear Football? Could America's nuclear sword and shield be used against itself?

Spiked Football follows the journey of a young intelligence agent as she is placed undercover to utilize her linguistic expertise as an interpreter for the president of the United States. Fate places Field Agent Jaclyn Davis in the rooms of power where it all happens. The highest level of governance. Side by side with the president.

It's a high-wire act of geopolitical saber-rattling with each new conversation that Jaclyn interprets. Her oath is clearly to the Constitution, but being placed at the seat of power brings forth the ultimate choice--personal ambition or loyalty to country.
