Summary

In The Adventures of Penny Penguin, Penny makes a daring escape from the Washington Zoo. He wanders around the busy city streets in search of a special place his mother told him about. Lost and alone, eventually, Penny meets a kitty cat whom he can talk to in animal talk. Soon, this unlikely duo become friends and their adventure begins!
