The Enlightened

The curse of humanity affects us all. None are immune to its inherent weakness. We ever yearn for a paragon of truth. But this desire is in vain. Religion, Politics, Science. These things are not perfect. In truth, they are not meant to be. In further truth, nothing is meant to be. Perfection is a farce. It is a fabrication used to help the fearful feel safe and the ignorant feel realized. It persistently tempts us, excites us, degrades us, and condemns us. Thus, we are cursed.
