The Shattered Triangle

Let me transport you to a time where all humans were on the cusp of developing psionic abilities and have discovered that they are supposedly the second evolution of a brutal race called the Travelers. Marcus Cain was a simple guy who was dragged from his life, with others by the military, to the Bermuda Triangle with no explanation. Marcus had always been different do to his psionic abilities. It was from there he learned that the Bermuda Triangle was actually a space port for the Travelers using alternate reality transference. A billion years ago the Travelers’ slaves revolted and targeted the Travelers with a deadly genetic nano virus. Determined to live on in some way, the Travelers constructed two bombs. On their deathbeds they detonated the first one and destroyed their cities and damaged the triangles. The second one set to go off millions of years later. This one, however, was a terraforming bomb seeding the Earth with new life with altered Traveler genes. Using technology specifically keyed to the psionic development in humans left for them by the Travelers, mankind created a new military force with the intention of protecting humanity from the sins of the Travelers. With his secrets out Marcus was drafted into the Intergalactic Defense Force, and coupled with his two dogs, Fox and Gold, he forged a bond with five others. Gil, Allan, Lora, Jen, and Jason may not have displayed Marcus’s natural abilities but showed the same potential. Equipped with Traveler technology, Marcus commanded the Atlantis, Earth’s first spaceship. Marcus became the leader he was destined to be. The six of them now traveled on dangerous paths, discovering that they weren’t the descendants of the Travelers . . . or were they?
