I want this book to be another tool in recognizing domestic violence. Domestic violence itself is a title; meaning you live together; blood related, or in a relationship. I want to talk about abuse; suffered across the country; the large part women and children. But also, there are men that are abused; abuse has no gender or color.

Men are less likely to report; for many reasons; first one being he's a male and automatically be stronger gender.

I just hope if you didn't know the signs or weren't sure what it was; I hope this answers your questions.

Get out and get to a safe place; staying safe is the goal. And you've got to have faith, believing that you're strong. Start putting a bag together that can be put away safely. That's a great start. Try avoiding the abuser as much as possible. Do you have a journal? It's a good time to start one. Keep it and put it away.

The biggest form of child abuse is straying them by using the mother/female along, usually with physical abuse. It's control-mental and physical.
